Terms & Conditions

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.A.E may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to   Al Afraan Motors LLC the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Al Afraan Motors LLC ("Actual Import Fees").

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of the Al Afraan Motors LLC website. Under those terms, the title and risk of loss for the items transferred to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the UAE.

All catalogues etc. provided are only supporting documents but the Customer takes full responsibility for ordering items and all their substitutions whatever was chosen by the customer, all information provided regarding the spare parts and substitutions is for the customer's information only. In case the customer-ordered part is not available to supply, we have a right to supply the OEM substitution part number, no refund will be given if the substitution price is cheaper. By ordering spare parts or their substitutions customer takes full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of part numbers ordered by the customer - as www.alafraanmotors.com does not carry responsibility for the customer's mistakes in part numbers or spare parts ordered by users. We don't guarantee that all ordered parts will be available in stock. Your order might be cancelled or partially shipped. For not available items you will get a refund for the item and shipping charges if they apply.
